How It Works
My goal is to make getting a mortgage as easy and painless as possible so that the only thing you need to worry about is shopping for your dream home or deciding what you’re going to do with the money you’re saving or accessing with your home equity. Here’s a quick overview of how my process works:
The introductory call or meeting
During this quick 10-15 minute introductory call, we get to know each other and I learn about your mortgage and financial goals. Once we determine the best way to move forward, I will send you my online application link and we will be on to the next step – the application!

The application
This is where the magic happens! You will have my online application link, and I will send you a concise list of all the documents required for me to package up your mortgage application (the process is generally the same for a new home purchase, a renewal, or a refinance), and then it’s off to the lenders I go. This is where I get them competing for your business. Party on!
The approval process and funding
Once I get approvals back, I present them to you and we finish the process of signing off on the final documents. During this time I will also introduce you to my home team partners who can help you with legal documentation or real estate needs if required. That’s it – you’re all set!
